I know there are a few people who frequent this site who played the first one and was wondering if anyone had a chance to try this sequel out. I've played the demo a few times and have really enjoyed it quite a bit; I never played the first one, but I'm definitely going to be buying this one soon enough to play around with. Wanted to see what others have to say about it.

Getting a facelift soon, www.plastiksickness.com will soon feature more constantly updated content, and more voices to hear from, plus more interaction. Look for the new updates and design at the end of January, Courtesy of SadExchange and Xcog (DJ IZ)

played the first

I've played the first one a little and really liked it. I have no idea if the second is any good -- but it has to be right? I mean how could they mess that game up?

I'll forward this to lordslumber -- he's played it the most.

I actually ended up

I actually ended up purchasing this game and have been loving it quite a bit. heck, I even got Lisa to play it a bit, which is pretty darn special since she rarely touches anything in the video game realm except some Wii tennis.

But, with the 6 different game modes and the local multiplayer, it's a heck of a lot of fun. Challenging yourself each time you play is fun, but then being able to play up to four player multiplayer, it's just a load of fun waiting to happen. A friend of mine and I played a bit of both co-op and co-pilot which is where one guy guns and one guy shoots from the ship and that can bring cause to many explosive laugh-filled moments and a crazy amount of yelling of directions from one person to the other. Anyone looking for some MP fun, check it out. I know there isn't online MP, but if you have some friends, you don't have to worry.
